Business Development Executive

Job description


  • Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities/partners.

  • Introduce offerings and services to potential clients.

  • Cultivate strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationship accounts.

  • Collate and manage clients and deal information in the CRM.

  • Collaborate with the senior management to implement growth strategies.

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.

  • Develop sales pitches, quotations, presentations, reference material, agreements and other documents as required.

  • Manage RFP process including search and qualification of requests and coordinate fulfillment.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.

Job requirements


  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.

  • 1 - 2 years' relevant work experience in business development of Software Products/services or similar field is required.

  • Technical domain knowledge.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.

  • Strong organization and project management skills.

  • Friendly and personable demeanor.

  • Proficiency in Hubspot will be an added advantage.
