Conduct market research and identify new business opportunities/partners.
Introduce offerings and services to potential clients.
Cultivate strong relationships with new clients, while maintaining existing client relationship accounts.
Collate and manage clients and deal information in the CRM.
Collaborate with the senior management to implement growth strategies.
Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analyzing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
Develop sales pitches, quotations, presentations, reference material, agreements and other documents as required.
Manage RFP process including search and qualification of requests and coordinate fulfillment.
Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.
1 - 2 years' relevant work experience in business development of Software Products/services or similar field is required.
Technical domain knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Strong organization and project management skills.
Friendly and personable demeanor.
Proficiency in Hubspot will be an added advantage.
