Marketing Lead

Job description

Role Responsibilities:
Collaborate and oversee researching to identify opportunities to reach new market
segments, ecosystems and events through crafting programs.
Craft a program strategy that includes campaigns that will be executed for lead
generation and brand awareness.
Successfully convert programs into channels that can produce repeatable MQL and
SQL flow to the pipeline.
Strategize and Operate a successful reactivation flow for the MQL Database to convert
into an SQL.
Monitor competition with regards to offerings, partnerships, pricing and brand
positioning.
Set OKRs, track and report on team goals on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.
Develop MQL and SQL targets with the senior management and review delivery
performance each quarter.
Responsible for the MQL forecast and SQL forecast to the management.
Setup, manage and oversee MQL board and inbound activity on the CRM.
Analyze MQL behavior and determine customer personas on a regular basis.
Own the company brand and ensure all marketing activities & materials are adhering to
the brand guideline.
Own strategic brand position among competition and craft strategies and operations to
differentiate and elevate the brand position.
Oversee all Social Media & Digital Channels and the Company Website to ensure timely
responses on customer interactions based on the defined SLA.
Craft short term, mid term and long term goals for the Company Website.
Oversee and manage content marketing efforts for the Company brand.
Oversee design and crafting marketing collateral for sales presentations, promotional
material, agreements and other documents as required.
Craft and oversee process execution for customer testimonials and case studies.

Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing
department.
Strategize the Marketing Team Roles and Members and work towards a strategy of
hiring talent required alongside the HR department.
Mentor, Train, Evaluate the Marketing Team and work with management on
performance appraisal.
Evaluate new tools for Marketing and timely integrate them into the workflow to improve
performance of the Marketing Department.
Constantly learn new techniques and strategies in the context of Marketing by attending
industry seminars, events, and courses.
Collaborate and work with industry consultants on specific marketing aspects if and
when required

Job requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Working experience in IT sector will be added advantage
